Goodnight turns on fireplace TV if it was off #40

Discovered this in https://github.com/technicalpickles/picklehome-homeassistant-config/issues/6

[Goodnight] turned 'off' the Fireplace TV, which sent the off IR signal which is actually a toggle, so the TV was just on in the morning.

This has to do with the it being a broadlink switch, and it

Some possible fixes:

try to find IR codes for on/off, rather than toggle
make a separate automation for turning off the TV only if it's on
adjust the scene a bit, so it doesn't include the TV

I'm using the etekcity rf power thing, which has an off and an on.
