Been sitting on this a little bit longer than I expected. It's not perfect, but I want to get these switches and fireplace managment bits

This does most of the things outlined in https://github.com/technicalpickles/picklehome/issues/37 by switching to an etekcity switch for controlling the tv power.

It also introduces a more general way to play media on the TV, with help from https://github.com/technicalpickles/picklehome/pull/56 making it easier to manage media.

Also, I tweaked alexa.yaml to explciitly include entities, because Hue was including a bunch of random things from the entertainment stuff, and also from hue labs stuff.
