Integrate UPS #2

The NUC is getting power from a APC Back-UPS 650VA UPS Battery Backup & Surge Protector. The device has a USB interface which works with APCUPSd, and there's a homeassistant component for it.

Not using it for any automations yet, but the seeds have been sowed.
