Broadlink unreliable #27

Noticed that the devices part of sunrise/sunset using broadlink haven't been turning on and off. I've reset the thing a few times, but see this at hass startup:

2017-12-24 01:02:03 ERROR (SyncWorker_10) [homeassistant.components.switch.broadlink] Failed to connect to device

Turns out it had changed IP addresses 😅

Assigning a static IP address would be solve this. Or making a contribution to home-assistant to discover them on the network 😁
