I filed a support request. Also, I thought it might be worth doing a factory reset. I found info for that at https://support.getvera.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2949434-how-do-you-factory-reset-a-vera-controller-?b_id=712

From support:
Hello and thank you for contacting Vera Home Control support.
I would ask you to try and use the following HTTP requests, one after another, directly into the address bar of your browser, where the vera_ip is the IP address of your Vera unit, in order to enable Remote Access on the unit so that we might connect to it. However, you should wait until each command has thoroughly gone through before going to the next.
vera_ip/cgi-bin/cmh/tech_ra_check.sh?cmd=disable vera_ip/cgi-bin/cmh/tech_ra_check.sh?cmd=enable vera_ip/cgi-bin/cmh/tech_ra_check.sh?cmd=status
If the process went well, I would ask you to send us the codes resulting from the last HTTP request in order to further investigate the issue.
(eg. xxxxxxx-xxxxxx (SSH: SSH_22=xxxxx TS_SRV=us-tsxx)).
Let us know how it goes and we will get back to you.
I used curl
, as well as using a browser, and they all failed to connect.
I had been putting this off for awhile. I did the upgrade thing, and now this is all I get on the web interface:
I did take an backup of the vera, and have power cycled it, but haven't had much luck.
