request to make the Anddroid version available on f-droid

I'm not keen on f-droid because they started with a fork of the aptoide client (and I hate aptoide, they hosted many pirated copies of my apps over the years).

Leaving this open as there are occasional queries about an android version, and the Flutter code is now open source so anyone can update it to use the latest data and release on f-droid or whatever.
