mute switch detection doesn't work #23

There is some code to check if the mute switch is on while running text-to-speech, but it doesn't seem to work, should be popping up an alert (using AlertToast)

used to work, but the method relied on muted speech ending quickly and timing it - now muted speech takes normal speech time (but has the advantage? of highlighting the characters).

Fix for speech to text diminishing text to speech volume seems to also ignore the mute switch. Tested on an iPhone 14, iOS 16.02, app version 4.98
