Remove paint tray area from WCB for pens #73

When using a pen this makes getting the paper aligned with the pen much easier. With this change you can just position the pen at the top left corner of the paper.

This is perfectly straightforward and fine... but the name is not descriptive enough. This will show as another bot type in RP and the name needs to be clear about what's going on.

I have changed the name to "WaterColorBot no paint area".
