Fix simulation mode timings #80

Recent advances to removing timing from CNC Server (relying solely on hardware serial drain) have resulted in incorrect/entirely missing timings for simulation mode. We need to simulate the timing drain on the EBB to correctly match timings in simulation.

I think this is fixed in early v3 code... closing this.
