update examples to current serialport module #20

serialport has changed its api. therefore the examples and the code in the readme does not work anymore. see also: https://github.com/serialport/node-serialport/issues/1412

Thanks @andineck. I haven't developed with this module in a few years, but still have it in production.

Thank you this module and for for merging this MR @techniq. I use it for a prototype, very happy so far.
