Add information about flux updates in Renovate documentation #331

Hi!

I've had issues with getting Renovate bot to create PR's for my helm releases. The solution was to add the "flux" component/extension to the renovate config file. I've seen other users having issues with this in Discord and other places while I was searching for a solution myself.

I had a discussion in the Renovate repo about this.

Feel free to re-write this to how you see fit!
