A quick tap of reset will reset the current game.
A longer press of reset will reset to the VEXTREME menu.
Observed Behavior
The no-buzz Vectrex (UK models 31xxxxx and higher) seem to have a minimum 300ms reset pulse. The reset timer in v0.21 was approx 300ms, and it's not possible to reset the current game with a no-buzz Vectrex.
