Naming was always a little off for things.
Rename 'veccart' to 'stm32' for firmware and 'vextreme' for hardware, rename 'multicart' to 'menu'.
$ make docker-build
$ USE_HW=v0.3 make clean all flash
ci $ USE_SW=v0.24 ./release.sh
