URI corpus entry #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I try using the Text2Onto API 
2. I want the corpus to be located in my local computer
3. the URI doesn't accept the local file path 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the corpus to be accepted or that something else other than the URI 
can be used
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
