Feature/spot editor map #46

This adds a map to the editor. You can now

Edit a location
Edit a polygon

Saves them into the DB

Still needs:

[ ] reloading of content #44
[ ] connection from lat lon fields to location values #41
[ ] draw polygon mode #42 (should delete the existing one and force to draw a new one)

This will still be merged
