Staging to Master prepare release v2.0.0 #103

This PR adds some changes in the naming of the environment variables and prepares for the v2.0.0 release to make clear that we have breaking changes. If you are still using AWS you need to stick with version 1.2.3. Version 1.2.4 already uses supabase and slipped through as patch. Sorry for that.
