現状、複数のファイルを異なる設定でTOCを作成する場合は異なるstepで行う必要がある TOC用のコメントにパラメータを設定できるようにする

機能自体はライブラリ側で実装 technote-space/doctoc#21

トップページに実例や説明を追加
