Can´t get the optimal parameters #62

Hi all, 
I'm starting with Ceres so sorry if it's not the right place for my issue (Is 
there a users list?)

I'm trying to solve a small bundle adjustment problem. The optimization seems 
to run ok, but the parameters after optimization are the same than the passed 
as input. I expected the parameters to be different at the end of the program.

I'm with ceres-solver-1.3.0-rc1, Visual Studio 2010, x64.

I attach the full code, the output and the input file.

Hi Luis,

A better place for this is the mailinglist. The issues tracker is for concrete 
bugs, once we identify a problem with the ceres code, we track it here. I am 
going to close this issue over here.
