NATURAL ordering with DENSE_SCHUR leads to using SPARSE_NORMAL_CHOLESKY #69

This makes no sense.

If DENSE_SCHUR is selected, then SCHUR ordering should get set by default.

natural/user ordering demands a num_eliminate_blocks.
just because you are using the natural ordering does not mean you get to ignore 
num_eliminate_blocks.

I do not think this is a bug.
