Bump stylus version #95

Hi guys

There are some radical stylus changes recently. Can you bump the version from 0.32.0 at https://github.com/techpines/asset-rack/blob/master/package.json#L17

to 0.37.0?

Same goes with the nib library. Please bump version. Thx
