ExpressInstall Embed not including attributes.id and attributes.class #212

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a flash module that is position in the page via its ID or Class
2. Have a flash module that requires a newer flash player version than is
installed.
3. Run embed

Notice attributes.id and attributes.class are not applied to the
ExpressInstall embed and as such is not positioned where expected. In our
design case, popup flash module upgrade warning renders off the page
instead of within the current viewport

These test has been done with IE6 with Flash Player 8 installed with a
flash movie that requires flash player 9
