Change default form

Currently, the rule TDX/Ticket/Create/Auto select Service Request form has the "Tech Services - New Service Request" form ID hardcoded. This feature is to allow the user to change the default form to be auto selected.

This requires:

• A user interface for selecting the form
  • Maybe search by title in Settings and then input the form id
  • Titles would need a listing of reports to be pulled from the TDX /New page, so it may be easier to make a "Set as default" button on the TDX /New page instead of copying a form selector
• Cloud sync storage for the value of the form item
• Using the stored value of the form item in the content script with automatically selects th form

Further consideration about the user interface for selecting the default form is required before beginning work.
