Allow usage for other TDX instances on help.uillinois.edu #6

Currently, the extension is set to only run on https://help.uillinois.edu/TDNext/Apps/40/.... A match pattern should be used to allow running on other sites, namely, https://help.uillinois.edu/TDNext/Apps/*/....

This will allow other teams not in U of I - Main to use the features of the extension.

(A separate issue should be created for making this extension usable within other domains, i.e., domains other than https://help.uillinois.edu.)
