Remap hotkeys - Githubissues

Allow users to set the hotkeys for rules "TDX/Ticket/View/Hotkeys" and "TDX/Ticket/View/Additional Hotkeys".

Tasks:

Create interface in Options page that allows the user to press a key (or key chord) to set the hotkey/keyboard shortcut
Cloud sync these custom hotkeys
- If nothing has been set by the user, fall back to defaults
In the associated content scripts, pull the hotkeys from the cloud and detect those keypresses to run the associated functionality
