Implement `Snackbar` component #177

Implement Snackbar component so that we can use this component to popup messages like error message, revert deletion, etc.

The specs for this component is here: https://m3.material.io/components/snackbar/specs

It's better to use an existing library to help implementing this component rather than from scratch. And component should be generic to display any kind/variantion of message.

Hi @Aksharmeet, this project is currently under development by the Lifeline team at Tech Start UCalgary, a club at the University of Calgary to promote software development and entrepreneurship. Right now, while the project is "open source", contributing is closed off to people outside the team to allow us to keep a focus on the goals of the club.

However, I really appreciate your interest in contributing. After the end of this project cycle on April 28, this project will likely become open for anyone to contribute, and if you're still interested in contributing you can :smile:
