Update Accuracy Check phase UI/UX

Half of the interface and function from the Translate phase is the same for Accuracy phase. So these bits from Translate phase should be duplicated in Accuracy:

1. images for each page
2. source text reference for each page
3. source text along with WordLink hyperlinks and BEN hyperlinks

Here are the interface bits and functions that are unique to Accuracy Check phase:

1. The Audio to be played on each page is the most recent Translation draft audio.
2. An button-icon for history logs which when tapped brings up a color-coded list of activities (unique for each page) made by the user in each phase up to this point.
3. A greyed-out check/tick mark for each page which the Accuracy checker can tap and the check mark turns green. Tap it again and it toggles to greyed-out again. When all the pages are finally checked/toggled green, then a password window pops up. When the approval password is correctly inserted and submitted, then all the rest of the workflow phases are unlocked and made functional.
4. For now, as a place-holder, the password can be "appr00ved" (with two zeros in the middle). We might change this later.

The microphone along with the "Upload Audio To Send for Check" text and the buttons and functions under that text can be removed. These functions will not be utilized in this phase. (Later, a Remote Accuracy Check phase can be added which may use some of these functions.)
