Updated a few things for messaging notifications project (v2.3.0): Added styles attribute to email_button helper to allow us to override sizes (for branding colors) Updated css header colors to match correct colors Fixed organization logos sizes for HTML emails added CSS for img classes for retina emails

Should this be immediately applied to CX v2.2.0, or is it targeted v2.3.0, along with the layout redesign?

@jmckible the changes are insignificant and completely backward compatible. I don't see any reason to not use it for v2.2.0.
