changed the sponsorship dashboard: I added three statements for the different sponsor related cases. The cases are when a sponsor application is incomplete, when the application is complete but sponsors haven't been granted access to the resume book, and when sponsors are granted access to the resume book.
Added an "Application Deadline" text specific to sponsors. This is different from "Registration Deadline"
Updated the cases when attendee text would be displayed on the dashboard by checking that a user is NOT a sponsor.
Click on "Complete Application" for sponsors should go to the sponsor application and not the attendee one
Walked through a flow for a sponsor and verified text for these three cases: when sponsor application is incomplete, when application is complete but resume access has not been granted, when access has been grannted
