talkback announcing graphicsnumbers for each and every clickable icon #286

latest talkback beta like the previous one is always announcing graphic numbers 
for every app and all the icons in the setting, which keep changing. This is 
very unsettling. sometimes it would announce numbers e.g. "image 87 unlabeled". 
I am using ICS 4.04 and have noted this behaviour since 3.40 b1.
