Allow different URL for bot baseUrl and baseURL presented to TS clients #4

So that a server host who does not have the capability to make a subdomain allow them to use redirects to access the bot from their existing website / domain instead so that the link the user has to click on is obviously from them.

Also redirect client back to clientBaseURL when ending OAuth session (after discord redirect)

Also allow teamspeak message to be customized
