[Feature] Ignore messages from select usernames #4

Add the ability to not read out messages from some usernames, e.g. maybe you don't need to read out your own messages or those of some of the bots you've created.

UI

a field to collect usernames
a list of usernames that you can click to remove (or actions similar to removing words from the wordlist)
