Explore video encoder conversion passed in from file.

Struggling with this one a little bit and is delaying the release of v0.5. After decoding a file, re-encoding seems to be processing with an incorrect frame size and I can't see why just yet. Might need to push this to v0.6 so I can spend more time getting it right.
