Hermes' new cIOS 222 support #112

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

Is it possible to make this amazing loader compatible with the lastest
Herme's cIOS 222 (version 1.6) ?

Here is a link for it : http://mods.elotrolado.net/~hermes/wii/uloader_v1.7.rar

And the official topic for Hermes' loader and its cIOS :
http://www.elotrolado.net/hilo_utilidad-uloader-v1-7-ocarina-y-forzado-de-video-
idioma_1217626

This cIOS 222 permits the games' USB accessories to be used and HDD
detection is a lot improved (lot more HDD are supported).

It also performs ramdom HDD reads, that way the HDD never goes to sleep (no
more need to tweak the HDD sleep time).

Thanks :D

Seems like this would be a good thing;  I haven't tried rockband on here yet;
but
would you need this to play rockband through the usb loader?

If so; this is a must.

just a question, will you have any feedback for what cIOS it loaded? at least
on dev
versions, I say this because on the usb loader gx there support for the
cios222, but
after I installed hermes' latest version, it doesnt work anymore. Im not sure,
but I
think I read something about having some parts of the cios embed into the loader
itself. Ill test it out, tho :)

if there's feedback already, please ignore my comment :)

Hermes' cIOS loads external modules with molad function...

You must to add mload, dip_plugin and ehcmodule to the loader in order to make
it
compatible with newest IOS222/223

A simple "IOSReload (222)" is not enough.
