Remote issues in RC2 #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get into the settings screen, or select a game to load

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everytime it loades a "settings screen", the remote starts acting weird, 
nothing responsive(stucking on every move).
No Nunchuk or classic controller attached.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RC2.
Wii 4.0 Waninkoko PAL
cIOS rev 10.0

I think it is fixed on current SVN
