Regioinfo of Games #229

Another improvement would be cool like waninkos loader to see which regio a
game realy is.

we coul use a flag next to the gamename to see wether it is a ntsc/pal game
so that we can easylie use the seperate gamesettings to switch between
consolelanguage, to get games run

i have some games, that are ntsc but with ever new release i have to
reenter my gamesettings for some games that need this fix.

i use the daylie svn rebuilds (compieled by my one) 

it would be cool, so that everyone can see which regio this is, and the
loader isn't hanging at green screens ( or sometimes black screens)

It's just a litte improvement :-)
