"presetFix" in wiicoverflow.xml not working #301

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set presetfix = 2
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
all games should then use 002 anti fix

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest build

Please provide any additional information below.

Setting the presetfix = 2 in wiicoverflow.xml is not overriding the per
game settings. presetfix got reset to = 0 automatically by the loader.
This problem is probally related to the corruption of the gamelist file
with the per game settings not working.
