Settings are not saved if more than 3 games has settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change the settings in more that 3 games
2. The Settings for game #4 and above are not recognized
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The 4th game should reconize the change in settings. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm using RC8 on CIOS36 rev10

Please provide any additional information below.
