RC8 game fixes aren't working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select 002 error game
2. go to in game settings select anti 002
3. Load game or exit and go back into settings

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to play ghostbusters on cIOS rev10

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RC8, cIOS rev10, 4.0U

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't know if I am doing this wrong or what, but on RC8 I would select
ghostbusters and then go to game settings and select anti 002 for the game
fix and I would launch the game and get a green screen. I would reboot and
do the same thing without loading the game, I would just exit the game
setting screen and go back into it and surely enough the anti 002 I
selected reverts back to none? Am I doing this wrong or interpreting wrong
or is this a bug? Thanks for all the hard work guys.
