When ever coverfloder is loader all it does is get stuck on threading
images then it returns the wii to the system menu

A user mentione dhe was able to get things sorted by removing his usb-loader 
folder 
from the SD card and trying again.

This can happen for non standard image sizes

disks in \usb-loader\disks should be 160x160
covers in \usb-loader\covers should be 160x224
3d covers in \usb-loader\covers3d should be 512x340
