Okami freezes on PAL console #318

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start coverfloader
2. Try to load Okami 
3. freezes in green screen

What is the expected output? 
Game running

What do you see instead?
Green screen

What version of the product are you using?
tested with RC8 and RC9

On what operating system?
3.4 PAL custom IOS 36 and 1024 rev 10

Try using the Anti002_fix in game settings.  Okami has issues with most loaders.
