My 3dcovers doesn't work anyore after upgrade. #322

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Launch the program and many covers doesn't work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the covers works all perfectly like on the wii coverflow
rc6 instead I see only 48/58 in 2d mode and 1/58 in 3d mode

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use coverfloader 1.0 on wii

Please provide any additional information below.
I updated after a while from wiicoverflow rc6 to coverfloader 1.0
All the 2d/3d cover worked perfectly before the upgrade and now many are
missing.

The images in \usb-loader\covers3d and \usb-loader\covers need to be renamed 
from 4 
digits to 6 digits.  This was introduced to support new cover sites.
