Sound setting defaulting to "On" #329

every time i load wiicoverflow, the sound is always "On". it also happens after 
downloading a new 
cover or installing a game, the settings revert to sound on.

that's basically it. it remembers other preferences except for that one. very 
minor.

i'm using version 1.0 but the issue has been present since i started using this 
loader. version rc7 i 
think.
