In-program updating #331

Would be handy to have it detect an update and update while in the program
like the SNES/NES/GBA emulators do rather than swapping out the SD card to
update.

i agree but should also have a button for Bata updates and stable updates

1.0 version will only have bug fixies and not new features.
Almost all devs are in holydays, so don't expect new features soon
