What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Forwarder
2. Stck DSI Dump
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
coverflow 1.0 with cios38 Rev.13a

I had the exact same thing happen with cIOS 13b. 4.0U system with a seagate 1tb 
drive. 
Reverting back to cIOS 10 fixed this.

Do you have nunchuck attached?
I have Rev10 installed and sometimes I get this problem too.

This problem is perfectly reproducible for me when I have a nunchuck attached. 
If the
nunchuck is not attached it runs perfectly. It only happens when using the 
forwarder.
Starting from within homebrew channel works fine
