No Disc animation #338

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch a game which you have a Disc art

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The disc should animate outside the box

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last rev - cIOs 10 - 4.0 Wininkoko

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe something to do with 4 or 6 DiscID names (I got the 6 only in the
directory)

It's definitely the Game ID name for the images, 2D, 3D, and Disk Art all have 
to be
the 6 digit Game ID
