cover download is broken #343

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Delete usb-loader folder from SD thus deleteing all images
2. Enable 3D covers
3. Redownload covers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected the covers to redownload.  Looking on SD card afterwards, only the
disk images have downloaded.  Nothing contained in the 3dcovers folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest build supplied by fishears. 2.0 I believe rev810?  PAL Wii 4.1E cIOS
rev13b.

Please provide any additional information below.

I get this issue with 1.1, I don't know that there's a 2.0 version.

I just tried again and it's working.  Appears to have been server related.
