Coverflow resets Wii upon selection of any game after many games added to HDD.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add 60 or so games to the HDD (via PC)
2. Boot into coverflow
3. Select any of the game, and the wii system resets back to the wii menu. 
Other USB loaders still work fine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect the game to play

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Coverfloader 1.0
Wii system menu 3.3E
cios 36 rev 10 (will try with rev 13, but rev 10 was more reliable)

Please provide any additional information below.
This was working absolutely beautifully with 20 games..  but when I slowly 
added more it got to a stage when this issue now happens. The SD card is 
present and has plenty of room left.
The other USB loaders still read and play the drive fine.

This was not long after downloading a set of new covers. Will remove the covers 
from 
the SD card and see if this makes a difference. Apparently dodgy covers can 
cause a 
reset in coverflow.
