Wiimote doesnt sync automatically with rev14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rev14 
2. Using latest stable sdhcfix build
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With all revisions of the loader when using with the latest rev14 the
wiimote doesnt automatically sync with the wii. 
I have to wait for the loader to fully load up, then press 'a' on the
wiiremote, the blue lights flash for about 5 seconds and then the wiimote
syncs up with the wii.
Before rev14, using rev10 the wiimote sync'd straight away, automatically
without having to wait.
Tried with rev14 with other loaders and dont have the sync problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Done some further testing.
The wiimote does automatically sync now but it takes more than 5 seconds to get 
a
sync with the wii after the loader has loaded up. I dont need to press any 
button it
will sync on its own if left but it takes more than 5 seconds.

Using rev10 it sync'd with the wii as the loader was loading up and was ready 
to use
straight away.
Tried other loaders with rev14 and they sync up fine before the loader has 
finished
loading.

Just tried with latest build 872 and it syncs straight away but 872 isnt stable 
and
freezes all the time.

Build 872 and rev10 is fine. very stable. syncs fine and everything working.
Rev14 gives me loads of freezes and weird pointer movements.
