Every Game launches with a red screen!!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Buy a german (PAL) Wii.
2. Download latest Wii Coverflow version.
3. Connect the Wii over SCART to your televison.
4. Run any game (it doesn't matter if its PAL, NTSC or what ever)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected output:

The game launches and I can play.

instead:

The game launches but the picture is just all in RED color.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest WiiCoverflow on a german PAL Wii with Firmware 4.1.

Please provide any additional information below.

In the first version I could use WiiCoverflow without any problems.
After a while my NTSC games started with such a red screen.
And now even PAL games are doing this.

(I use another USB Loader instead at the moment to play games from my USB hdd.)
