DSI on loading coverfloader 1.1 since update to cIOS38_rev14 #368

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Coverfloader 1.1 via HBC or forwarder channel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect Coverfloader to load normally.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Coverfloader 1.1 on Wii firmware 4.1U w/ cIOS38_rev14

Please provide any additional information below.
Issue began when I upgraded to cIOS38_rev14.  I upgraded from 4.0 to 4.1 in
an attempt to see if that would solve the issue.  Everything else seems to
work fine.  I have not tried another USB loader.

I too have the same issue. Though I'm on 3.2 with rev10 and upgrading to rev14 
did
not fix the issue.  It loads fine with HBC 1.0.1 but does not show newly added
covers. Downloads them but there not showing up.

Same issue here on ALL versions I have tried. On Firmware 3.2E. Never been able 
to get 
the program to load once.

had the same problem i have a softmodded wii version 4.0u
you have to have the sd card in the wii too load up the
coverfloader i left the wad in there also dont want to remove
it incase problem occurs again 

it only occured when i took out the sd card and tried to load the 
coverfloader hope this helps

I have also the same problem: 
My wii works fine with other loader (USB Loader GX, Neogamma, ...)

But with wiicoverflow which is so nice, i have the same DSI message.

Does anybody have fixed this problem ? 

PS: I use an Original SD card, i'm in 4.1 firmware, the wii use a wiid modchip
r1023 (loaded by HMC or CoverFloader-YCFL Forwarder) on Wii firmware 4.1U  
cIOS38_rev14
